Rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast has plenty of options. Parking is tight and noisy from nearby rooms. it’s a decent spot, especially for families visiting attractions nearby. the golf course is just a short drive away.

Beds were comfortable, allowing for decent sleep after a long day. the bathroom was quite cramped, making entry a bit tricky. Unfortunately, there were multiple roaches we noticed near the headboards, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive at times. Temperature control worked well and kept the room comfy. The staff interaction varied; some were friendly, while others weren’t as accommodating. Improvements in cleanliness and customer service would enhance the experience significantly.

This hotel is just a short ride away from the fantastic SeaWorld which made it super convenient for us and we were also within walking distance of numerous shops and restaurants that added to our adventure but the breakfast could offer more vegetarian savory options to cater to everyone’s taste.

The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for our family, but the bathroom was cramped, impacting ease of use. Breakfast options were underwhelming; a broader selection would enhance the experience. Some issues, like a backed-up sink and lingering odors, surfaced by the end of our stay. The pool was enjoyable but could use more attention to cleanliness. The central location and comfortable accommodations made for a pleasant visit. the weak internet signal and chaotic breakfast atmosphere detracted from the overall value. Thoughtful improvements could elevate this experience significantly.

The location is super convenient for visiting the zoo and SeaWorld. Room cleanliness was lacking with some stains. Parking was tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Enjoyed the heated pool; kids loved it!

The spacious room and great location near the zoo were definite highlights. The breakfast was decent, but some more savory vegetarian options would have been nice. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made up for some of the frustrations. the parking fee felt excessive, and the noise from outside was disruptive at night. Issues with check-in and room keys were frustrating, along with a lingering smell of smoke in the corridors. While the kids enjoyed the pool, the dirty carpets and the need for better housekeeping were concerning. A mixed bag overall.

The staff was super responsive and quickly sorted out our room glitch. Our spacious suite had everything we needed, from a microwave to a fridge, making our stay so comfy! Plus, the kids had a blast at the pool and jacuzzi!

Breakfast was satisfying, offering a variety of options like eggs, sausages, waffles, fruit. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Old Town, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park. The room was tidy, housekeeping even refreshed it without prompting, and the front desk staff waived our parking fee, which was a nice touch.
The bathroom vanity was very cramped, especially with a larger group. The sofa bed mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but it was manageable.

The new look, along with the exciting water activities nearby, made our family vacation unforgettable. We also enjoyed catching a game at the lively Petco Park in a jolly atmosphere.
For dads, it would be great to have more organized family activities.

We had a big, clean room with all the essentials like a fridge and microwave. Nice pool view too! Parking sucked, and it was noisy with the traffic and people upstairs. The plumbing was also an issue. fun vacation, just a few hiccups.

Hit up the beach and water sports nearby, then caught a game at Petco Park – epic vibes all around! The hotel had a fresh new look, perfect spot for young adventurers like us!

The heating and air conditioning were both effective, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the room throughout our stay. having tea and coffee facilities in the room was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a warm beverage whenever we wanted. One thing that stood out to me as needing improvement was the cleanliness of the room. Despite a visit from the housekeeping team, I found that the room could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom area where I noticed some overlooked spots. It would have been nice to see a more thorough cleaning during our stay. I also appreciated the presence of free toiletries in the bathroom, as it's always convenient to have those essentials provided. The am/fm alarm clock was helpful for waking up on time for our planned activities, and the direct dial telephone made it easy to contact the front desk when needed. In terms of additional services, I found the dry cleaning option offered by the hotel to be convenient for refreshing our clothes during our stay. I did notice that some items in the laundry seemed outdated and could use some modernization.

The hotel is centrally located with a make-your-own waffle station at breakfast, an outdoor heated pool, and a hot tub. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Great value overall!

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to SeaWorld and the zoo. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Joshua at the front desk. The pool was a hit with the kids, and the beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including quiet AC and a delicious breakfast. The hotel was also near restaurants and everything we wanted to see. it was a great value for the price.

we stayed at best western for a week. the double bed room was spacious with a separate lounge area and two televisions. the breakfast had a good selection and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed the proximity to the zoo and the pool area for my kids. The restaurant was also convenient and reasonably priced. However, the parking was tight and the hotel seemed a bit understaffed at times. I had a pleasant stay at Best Western. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hotel was very clean, and the family suite was super comfy. the location was great - with lots of nearby spots to explore. the staff was really helpful and resolved any issues we had.
